You should know that in some cases, some files of the removed programs may remain on your computer. If you want to be sure to remove all Spotify files, I recommend downloading the free program AppCleaner which analyzes the Mac hard disk by finding and deleting all files related to the program to be uninstalled.
To download AppCleaner on your Mac, connected to the program’s website and click on the most recent version present under the heading Downloads. Once the download is complete, double click on the file AppCleaner_[versione].zip and drag the icon of AppCleaner in the folder Applications of your Mac.
To uninstall Spotify with AppCleaner, launch the latter and access the folder Applications which contains all the programs installed on your computer. Now, drag the icon of Spotify within the window of AppCleanerselect all listed files, click the button Remove and enter the password of your macOS user account to complete the removal.
