Spotify’s match function allows you to automatically create a collaborative playlist based on the tastes of two users. The feature, which arrived at the beginning of June with the “Só Você” section, is ideal for couples or friends who want to have a joint playlist with the most listened to songs. To create the playlist and match it on Spotify, the user needs to send the invitation link to the other collaborator via email, social networks and online messengers.
After the guest accepts the proposal, Spotify automatically creates the playlist, adding the songs most listened to by both accounts. The collaborative list can be created in the app for Android and iPhone (iOS). Next, check out how to match on Spotify.
How to change Spotify username?

Step 3. You can choose to send the playlist invitation link via social media, email and WhatsApp — as we will do in this tutorial. To do so, tap the messenger icon and then select the person you want to share the link with. To continue, tap the “Next” button; 5 of 7 Action to share playlist with a person and match on Spotify
Step 4. When the person clicks on the link, they will be redirected to the invitation acceptance page. After clicking on “Participate”, the playlist match will be created on both profiles on the platform; 6 of 7 Action that the person needs to take to participate in the Match playlist after receiving an invitation link
Step 5. Wait until the person confirms that they have accepted the invitation and access the “Made for you” box again. At that moment, access the playlist with your name and the name of the person you invited. Now just press play to listen to the songs most played by you and your Match on Spotify.
